Cream Cheese Foldover Cookie Recipes!

 Here are some delicious treats to have on hand for the Holidays. Your guests will enjoy these scrumptious & mouthwatering cookies. You can use pie filling, jelly or your favorite jam. The filling expands while cooking. 

I use a baby spoon as very little jelly is needed for each cookie. You can also use a measuring spoon. Depending on the size you make the diamond cut outs will determine how much filling you need. Perhaps try baking a few before you put in the entire batch in the oven.
