Ways to Meet Your Valentine - 10 Day Countdown!

As the winter months keep us indoors and Valentine's Day is 10 Days away, there are still many activities we can do to keep things alive in our social circles, networking and love-life. We all know about dating sites, but what else can you do to meet a Valentine? The advantage is that the  Sun, Mercury and Venus are all in the "Outgoing" & "Sociable" sign of Aquarius; making it a great time to organize social gatherings and meet new friends, so strike right now while the Iron is HOT!  Outdoor activities include horseback riding, snow skiing, trail walking, mountain climbing, sledding, snow mobiles, snow tubing, ice skating and more. If these sound too much, check out your local gym where you can find an plethora of activities including workout machines, aerobics, exercise & dance classes. You can also get involved in yoga, pilates and the martial arts. Moreover, each community offers non-credit classes including self help, "how to's"and hobbies ranging from pottery to picture framing and graphic arts to money-making/business making opportunities. You can also throw a little shin-dig and serve warm hot chocolate, a few select appetizers, warm-apple crisps and warm apple cider. Invite friends and tell them each to bring a friend, you may meet somebody at the party or through somebody that attends the gathering. Even if the male to female ratio turns out, you never know who you can meet through these people that attend the social function. Maybe they have a sibling, cousin or friend that is a perfect match for You! Whatever you decide to do, utilize the power of the Universe to manifest meeting new people and finding your soul-mate. Getting out there is a way to network, meet new people and ultimately meet a romantic partner. You can use dating sites but also try social networking sites to expand your options. Remember, you can meet people directly or through other people, but the more you expand your social network, the more "candidates" you will meet for happiness, fulfillment and deep personal satisfaction. If you are in a relationship, questions you may have include:

  • How is he/she feeling?
  • Will we make up or break up?
  • Should I move on or stick it out a little longer?
  • Is he/she cheating?
  • Why is he/she pulling away?
  • Will things get better?
  • Is there anything I can do to improve the situation?
